Here is a little about me
I believe that as a personal trainer, my job is not finished once our one hour session has ended. My job ends once we hit your goals and I teach you how to live a healthier lifestyle. When most people come to me with their initial goals; It’s not your usual questions. How do I lose 15lbs. before this wedding? Or how can I improve my overall endurance on the football field? What they are usually asking me is, how can I achieve this goal and then MAINTAIN it? I will guide you in all things fitness and show you how to make the right decisions as it relates to your health.
Not only are you going to become stronger and more fit by working with me, but you are going to receive an education as well. All clients who sign up for the silver and gold packages will learn how to train properly as it relates to their lifestyle and personal goals. Whether you are an elite athlete, or a mother of an athlete, I have all the tools needed to get the job done. Everyone is different so naturally everyone needs a different plan to reach their goals.
